Laboratory Reports

This area of the DonLevy Laboratories website is under development. In the future, our clients will be able to retrieve laboratory data on-line through use of a password and pin number. Our clients will be notified when this service becomes available.

Laboratory reports can be transmitted via e-mail in a PDF format. Reports are also available via fax and the U.S. postal service. The specified means to receive a laboratory report can be requested on the Sample Submission Form accompanying samples.
